Dr. Soto Jorge Baez, M.D., studied General Medicine at the “Universidad Autonoma de Sinaloa” (UAS) 1999-2004.
The doctor continued his studies at the Universidad of Guanajuato (UA) and graduated in 2011 with his Speciality Otolaryngology.
Dr. Soto was certified by the Consejo Mexicano de otorrinolaringología y cirugía de cabeza y cuello (Mexican Board of Otolaryngology and head and neck surgery.)

The doctor was born and raised in Culiacán, Sinaloa. Dr. Soto moved to Nogales, Sonora with his lovely wife and children in 2011.
Practice:
Dr. Soto's office is located in the Clinica Nogales, about 2 miles south in the safe tourist district. The small office has patient examination room with digital equipment for tes
ting (see below.)
His office enables to perform pre and post examinations away from the hospital. The doctor is associated with two of the local private hospitals (Hospital del Socorro and Hospital Kalitea) that he uses for surgery.
Included with head and neck is hearing testing, hearing aids and testing of hearing aids. Shown below is some of the hearing aids that are available, including the starter package with everything a new hearing aid patient needs.
The doctor does corrective nose surgery as well as cosmetic nose surgery
. In addition Dr. Soto does Botox injections. Please see the before and after pictures below the list of services the doctor offers.
Besides the examination room, Dr. Soto has his personal office (pictured to the left.) and the Clinica Nogales has a large, comfortable reception area (waiting room for) guests.
